NO-FAIL UNRICH PECAN PIE 
1 unbaked pie shell
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. white corn syrup
2 tbsp. melted butter (oleo)
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans

Mix sugar and corn syrup. Add the melted butter. Beat 3 eggs and add to sugar mixture. Add vanilla. Pour into pie shell. Put pecans on top of mixture. Bake in 400 degree preheated oven for 10 minutes, then lower temperature to 350 degrees and bake 35 minutes more.
