FLEISCH KUECHLA 
CRUST:

1 c. sour cream
7 c. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1 c. milk
6 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt

FILLING:

2 lbs. ground beef
Onion, salt, & pepper to taste
1/2 c. water

Mix crust ingredients; let stand for 30 minutes to 1 hour at room temperature. FILLING: Mix.

Roll out small pieces of dough in circles. Spread half of circle with meat. Fold over and seal edges well. Fry in deep fat until brown; serve.
