ANTIPASTO IN A BOWL 
1 (16 oz.) chick peas, drained and rinsed
1/2 c. salami, diced
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. black olives, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper strips
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. chili powder
2 tbsp. salad oil
1 tbsp. red wine vinegar

Combine. Toss. Cover. Chill. Eat!
