CAKE:

1 c. Coca Cola
1 stick butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
2 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Arm & Hammer soda
2 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla

ICING:

1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 sm. can pet milk
1 1/2 sm. pkg. of milk chocolate chips

Bring to boil the first 4 items. Mix remaining items together, then add the first 4 items. Pour into a 11 1/2 x 13 inch pan and cook for approximately 30 minutes, then pour icing over hot cake. Freezes well.

ICING: Melt 3/4 stick butter. Add sugar and milk and chocolate chips. Cook to form ball from spoon.
