FLAN 
7 eggs, beaten
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. condensed milk (Eagle Brand)
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. water

In a saucepan boil sugar and water until it dissolves and turns golden brown (not burned). Pour into a flan pan.

Combine eggs, cream cheese, milk, condensed milk, vanilla and salt in bowl. Mix well. Pour over caramel mixture. Double boil in oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Insert knife until it comes out clean. Turn out onto dish and serve.
