PUMPKIN PIE SQUARES 
3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. rolled oats
1 c. coconut
1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 c. butter
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch pudding and pie filling mix
2 eggs
16 oz. can pumpkin (2 c.)
14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
3/4 c. chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, thoroughly combine flour, oats, nuts, softened butter, nuts and pudding mix. Press in ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan. In same bowl, combine eggs, pumpkin, spices, condensed milk, and coconut. Blend well. Pour over crust. Bake 35-45 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool. Cut into bars. Serve topped with whipped cream or ice cream. Refrigerate any left overs. Makes 12-15 servings.
