RICE DRESSING 
2 c. uncooked rice
3 lg. onions, chopped
3 lg. stalks celery, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
3/4 c. butter
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 c. broth
1 tbsp. poultry seasoning
2 eggs
1 c. pecans, chopped
1/2 c. parsley, chopped
Gizzard, liver and heart chopped

Cook rice. Saute onion, celery, pepper and giblets until done. Add seasonings.
