GUEST'S SKILLET CABBAGE 
4 c. shredded cabbage
1 green pepper (strips)
2 c. diced celery
2 lb. onions sliced
1 c. tomato
1/4 c. bacon dripping
2 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
Cooked roast beef

Combine all ingredients in a large skillet. Cover and cook over medium heat until tender. Add cooked beef, cook a while longer, until all ingredients are well done.
