MANDU 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 Chinese cabbage, chopped fine
1 sm. onion, chopped fine
3 stalks green onion, chopped fine
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 c. chopped mung bean sprouts
1 tbsp. sesame oil
1 egg
Salt and pepper
Mandu wrappers

Cook bean sprouts until limp, chop. Mix ground beef, cabbage, two kinds of onions, garlic, sesame oil, Accent, salt, pepper, and bean sprouts. Mix well. Put 1 tablespoons of meat mixture in the center of the mandu wrapping. Dip finger in water or egg and go around rim. Turn over and seal by pinching. Fry in oil.

This recipe can also be boiled in water, then placed in beef or chicken stock to be used as a soup.
