Prepare 1 yellow cake mix as directions on box. Add 1/2 cup peanut butter

ICING:

1 c. peanut butter
1 c. chocolate syrup or 3/4 c. syrup and 1/2 c. milk

Mix until blended. Add 1/4 cup Karo light syrup. Beat until smooth and thick enough. Top with chopped peanuts.
