PASTRY TINY PECAN PIES 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick softened butter
1 c. flour

Blend thoroughly. Pinch into 24 balls and chill. Press into small muffin tins for shells.

FILLING:

3/4 c. light brown sugar
1 tbsp. melted butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Blend and beat all together. Spoon filling into unbaked shells. Fill not more than 3/4 full. Sprinkle with cut up pecans (small) on top and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
