BANANA NUT BREAD 
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
3 ripe bananas, mashed
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Beat oil and sugar together. Add eggs and banana and beat well. Add sifted dry ingredients with milk and vanilla. Mix well and stir in nuts. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
