ANTIPASTO SALAD 
1/2 lb. hard salami, sliced thick for cubes
1/2 lb. sandwich pepperoni, sliced thick for cubes
1/2 lb. Provolone cheese, sliced thick for cubes
1 green pepper, cubed
2 med. tomatoes, cubed
1 lg. onion, cubed
1 sm. jar green olives, sliced
1 can black olives, sliced
8 oz. rainbow pasta twists - cooked just before done

Mix together in large bowl.

Add dressing made from:

1/3 c. olive oil
1/3 c. red wine vinegar
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1 tbsp. oregano

Chill.
