PINEAPPLE NUT CAKE 
1 (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, undrained
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. nuts (optional)

ICING:

1 (4 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Mix all ingredients at one time with electric mixer. Bake in 9x13x2 inch cake pan or Pyrex dish, greased and floured, at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Test with toothpick until clean. Ice. Sprinkle with crushed nuts lightly. May double the icing ingredients if want thick icing.
