ARABIAN SQUASH 
3 lb. squash
Salt & pepper
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
1 c. creamed cottage cheese
5 beaten eggs
1 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
4 tbsp. melted butter

Slice squash thinly; salt. Cook. Let set 20 minutes then drain. Mix squash, cheese, crumbs, parsley flakes, pepper and eggs. Put in 3 quart casserole. Pour butter over top. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
