JOYCE'S CABBAGE LASAGNA 
2 lg. cans tomato sauce
Sm. head cabbage, separate and boil until tender

MEAT MIXTURE:

1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/2 can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. minced parsley
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
Salt and pepper

In casserole dish, layer meat, then cabbage, then little sauce until gone. Should end with cabbage and sauce on top. Bake at 325-350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
