JUST-MY-SIZE-PIZZA 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. refrigerated pizza dough
2 oz. sliced pepperoni
1/4 c. sliced black olives
1 (8 oz.) can pizza sauce
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 (4 oz.) pkg. (1 c.) shredded Mozzarella cheese

Turn the oven to 425 degrees. Put some shortening on a piece of waxed paper or paper towel. Spread the shortening over the baking sheet. Unroll the pizza dough onto the baking sheet. Use kitchen scissors or a pizza cutter to cut the dough in half into 6 rectangles. Separate the rectangles on the baking sheet, leaving some space between them.

Spoon pizza sauce over the dough. Top with pepperoni, olives and green pepper. Sprinkle with cheese. Put the pan in the oven and bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until the crust is brown. Use hot pads to remove from the oven. Turn off the oven. Use turner to remove pizza from pan. Let pizza cool a few minutes before eating.
