OVERNIGHT LASAGNA 
An Energy Saver

1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
2 c. water
2 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. lasagna noodles (dry)
12 to 16 oz. Ricotta cheese
12 to 16 oz. Mozzarella cheese

Brown meat and drain. Mix sauce, meat and water. Mix together cheeses leaving some Mozzarella cheese for the top. In pan layer: sauce, noodles, sauce, cheese, noodles, repeat.

Add remaining cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
