PASTA VODKA | |
1 lb. pasta 1/2 c. (1 stick) butter 1 tsp. red pepper seeds 1 c. canned whole tomatoes 3/4 c. coarsely grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 c. Locatel or Romano cheese 1 c. heavy cream Cook pasta and drain. Melt butter in saucepan; sprinkle in crushed red pepper seeds. When butter is bubbly, pour in Vodka and cook 3 minutes. Add tomatoes and grated cheeses. Cook 3 more minutes. Pour in cream and simmer. Remove sauce; pour over pasta. |
