BAKED RHUBARB SAUCE 
1 to 3 c. rhubarb
Sugar

Wash rhubarb, peel if skin is tough. Cut rhubarb in 1 inch pieces and place in baking dish. Cover with sugar. Add no water. Be sure dish is no more that half full. Bake at 350 to 400 degrees about 25 minutes. Any sauce left may be put in a jar in the refrigerator and keep indefinitely. Put over cake or ice cream.
