RITZY ASPARAGUS CASSEROLE 
1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans cut asparagus, drained
1 c. sharp cheese, grated
3/4 c. butter
1 c. toasted almonds, ground
1 c. milk

Butter a casserole dish and alternate layers of asparagus, cheese, crumbs, dotted butter and almonds. Pour milk in side of dish. Prepare at least 2 hours before baking or night before. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 6.
