RHUBARB COBBLER 
4 c. cut up rhubarb
3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. milk
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. boiling water

Place rhubarb in a 9"x9" baking dish and pour mixture of first 6 ingredients over top. Then top with sugar, cornstarch and salt and finally pour 1 cup boiling water over top. Bake 1 hour at 375 degrees.
