1/2 c. soft butter
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. unsifted flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. grated zucchini
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour milk
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cloves

Mix and spoon in 9x12x2 inch loaf pan. Sprinkle top with chocolate chips. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
