SPAGHETTI CASSEROLE 
6 oz. pasta
2 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
2 eggs, well beaten
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. garlic salt
8 oz. can tomatoes
6 oz. tomato paste
1 c. cottage cheese
1 Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Cook pasta and drain. In frypan, cook meat, onion, green pepper, and spices. Once onions are transparent, add tomatoes, paste, and then cottage cheese. Cook until heated. Remove pan from heat, combine pasta, eggs, butter, and Parmesan cheese. Press spaghetti mixture into a pan. Top with meat mixture and then top with Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
