EASY BAKED COD WITH DILL SAUCE 
1 to 1-1/2 lbs. cod fillets, thawed if frozen
Salt and pepper
3/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. all purpose flour
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. dill weed

Wash and dry the fish. Sprinkle on both sides with salt and pepper. Arrange fish in a shallow baking dish. In a bowl, stir together the sour cream, mayonnaise, flour, lemon juice and dill weed. Spoon sauce over the fish. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Serve with buttered spinach noodles.
