NEIMAN MARCUS TEA ROOM COOKIES 
2 c. butter
4 c. flour
2 c. brown sugar
2 c. white sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
5 c. oatmeal, blended to fine powder
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
3 c. (24 oz.) Hershey semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (8 oz.) cold grated Hershey candy bar, no almonds
3 c. nuts, chopped (pecans)

Cream butter and sugar, add eggs and vanilla. Mix flour, oats, baking powder, soda, salt and grated candy bar. Add to creamed eggs, butter, sugar and vanilla. Add nuts and chocolate chips. Let stand in refrigerator 1 hour or overnight. Bake at 375 degrees for 6 minutes. Makes 120 to 140 cookies.
