2 c. butter
2 c. granulated sugar
2 c. brown sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
5 c. oatmeal, blended to a fine powder
4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking power
2 tsp. baking soda
1 (24 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 (8 oz.) Hershey bar, grated
3 c. chopped nuts

Cream the butter with the two types of sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix in flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder, soda, chocolate chips, grated Hershey bar and nuts.
