J'S LASAGNA | |
1/2 lb. extra lean ground beef 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 lg. clove garlic, minced 2 tsp. oregano 2 cans tomato soup 1/2 c. water 2 tsp. vinegar 1/2 - 1 pt. cottage cheese 1/2 lb. grated Mozzarella cheese Parmesan cheese 1/2 lb. (9 - 12) plain lasagna noodles, cooked and drained In sauce pan, brown beef and cook onion, garlic and oregano. Add soup, water and vinegar. Simmer 30 minutes. Stir now and then. In 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish, arrange 3 alternate layers of noodles, meat sauce, cottage cheese and mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let stand for 15 minutes. |
