CHOCOLATE SAUCE 
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. shaved chocolate
1/4 c. cocoa
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. light cream
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt the butter in the saucepan. Add shaved chocolate. Stir over low heat until smooth. Add the cocoa, sugar, light cream, salt and vanilla. Bring to boiling point. Serve hot or cold. Makes 1 1/2 cups of sauce. Can be stored and reheated over hot sauce.
