CORNED BEEF MOLDED SALAD 
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 (6 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
2 c. boiling water
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. Miracle Whip
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 can corned beef, finely diced
2 c. celery, finely diced
1/2 c. green pepper, finely diced
1/4 c. onion, diced
3 hard boiled eggs, diced

Dissolve the beef bouillon cubes, lemon gelatin, salt and boiling water. Cool. Using your electric mixer to blend, add the Miracle Whip and cream cheese. Beat until smooth. Fold in corned beef, celery, green pepper, onion and boiled eggs. Pour into 11"x7" pan or a ring mold. Refrigerate until set. Makes 8 servings.
