CORN BEEF PATTIES 
3 tsp. oil
3 tsp. flour
1 1/2 c. tomato sauce, made of 3/4 c. catsup and 3/4 c. water
1/2 med. onion, sliced fine
1 can corn beef
1 pie crust

Fry onion in oil, add flour. Stir until thickened and smooth. Add tomato sauce gradually, stirring constantly. Add corn beef which has been cut into pieces. Cut pie crust into square and line custard cups. Fill with meat mixture. Fold corners of crust over to meet in center. Bake in 425 degree oven until crust is lightly brown, about 20 minutes. Let cool 15 minutes before taking out of cups.
