KOREAN SALAD 
1 bag spinach
1 can water chestnuts, drained & sliced
3 or 4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
6 strips bacon, cooked & crumbled
1 can bean sprouts, drained
1 red onion, thin sliced & separated into rings
Fresh mushrooms, thin sliced

Combine all ingredients and toss.

DRESSING: (Makes Extra)
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
1/3 c. catsup
1/3 c. wine vinegar (may use cider vinegar)
5 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt

Combine all ingredients.
