BUTTER FUDGE 
3 c. sugar
3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) butter
2/3 c. Carnation evaporated milk
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter in evaporated milk over low heat. Add sugar slowly. Increase heat and continue cookie until mixture comes to a boil. Stir in marshmallow cream, chocolate chips, nuts and vanilla. Mix until well blended with electric mixer. Pour into a 9x9 inch glass pan. Chill until firm. Cut into squares.
