MAPLE MOUSSE MAGNIFIQUE 
1 c. chocolate wafer crumbs, about 23 cookies
3 tbsp. butter, melted
2 (7 1/2 oz. each) jars marshmallow cream
1 c. sour cream
1 pt. vanilla ice cream, softened
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 tsp. maple extract
1 (8 oz.) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
Additional frozen whipped topping, chocolate curls, and maraschino cherries for garnish

In small bowl combine crumbs and butter. Press into bottom of a 9 inch springs form pan.

In mixer bowl beat marshmallow cream and sour cream until well blended. Add ice cream, walnuts, and maple extract; beat well. Fold in whipped topping. Pour into prepared pan. Cover and freeze overnight. To serve, remove sides of pan. Garnish with topping, chocolate curls and cherry. Makes 12 servings, about 270 calories each.
