BEER BATTER 
Great for onion rings or vegetables. 1 1/2 (12 oz.) beer, cold or warm temperature

Combine flour and beer in a large bowl. Blend thoroughly with a whip. Cover bowl and let stand for 3 hours. Dip onion rings or vegetables in flour, then mixture. Deep fry (375 degrees) in hot oil. Drain on paper towels. Then salt to taste.
