LAYERED JELLO SALAD 
1 med. can pineapple (crushed)
2 sm. pkgs. orange Jello
2 med. bananas
1 bag miniature marshmallows

TOPPING:

Drained pineapple juice
1 sm. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 egg
1 tbsp. butter
1 lg. Cool Whip

Dissolve Jello in 2 cups boiling water. Add 1 3/4 cups cold water. Pour in drained pineapple, sliced bananas. Top with marshmallows. Let gel. TOPPING: Cook over low heat 1/2 cup sugar, drained pineapple juice (should be 1/2 cup), 2 tablespoons flour, 1 beaten egg and 1 tablespoon butter until thickened. Fold in small cream cheese and let cool. Stir in container of Cool Whip. Top Jello with topping.
