KEY LIME PIE 
1 1/2 c. sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs, separated
1 (9-inch) baked pie shell OR crumb crust
1/2 c. Key lime juice
Grated rind of one lime
4 tbsp. sugar

Blend condensed milk, lime juice, and rind; then add egg yolks. Mix well and pour into pie shell. Beat egg whites stiff but not dry. Gradually add sugar, beating constantly. Swirl meringue on top of filling.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Chill before serving.
