AMERICAN CHOP SUEY 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 lg. onion
2 c. chopped celery
1 c. rice
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. soy sauce
1 c. water
1 can bean sprouts
3 tbsp. brown sugar

Brown meat and onion together. Add remaining ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with chow mein noodles.
