MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 lg. onion
1 can Ranch Style beans
1 can Rotel
1 can Spanish rice
1 can tomato sauce
1 tsp. cumin
Salt and pepper
4 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. garlic
Grated cheese

Brown meat and onions. Add tomatoes and Rotel, all seasonings, beans and rice. Simmer 15 minutes. Put in casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Put grated cheese on top and bake until cheese melts. Yield: 6 servings.
