COUNTRY STYLE CHICKEN KIEV 
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
4 chicken breasts
2/3 c. butter
1/4 c. green onion, chopped
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. apple juice
1/4 c. parsley, chopped

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine bread crumbs, cheese, basil, oregano, garlic salt and salt. Then dip chicken breasts in melted butter, roll in crumb mixture and place chicken skin side up in a pan to bake for 60 minutes. To remaining butter add apple juice, chopped green onions and parsley. Pour this mixture over chicken and bake 2 to 3 minutes longer.
