3 c. flour
4 heaping tbsp. cocoa
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
12 tbsp. oil (1/2 c. + 1 tbsp.)
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. vanilla
2 c. water

Sift together first 5 ingredients. Make a hole and pour in remaining ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes in ungreased pan.
