HAM ROLLS WITH ZIPPY SAUCE 
1 lb. ground cooked ham
1/2 lb. ground pork
1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. milk
1 egg, well beaten
1/4 tsp. pepper
10 3/4 oz. can condensed tomato soup
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/3 c. vinegar

Mix first seven ingredients together. Shape into 24 ham rolls (1/3 cup each). Prepare Zippy sauce by mixing the soup, brown sugar, dry mustard and vinegar.

Pour sauce over ham rolls and bake in 350 degree oven for 50 to 60 minutes.
