TUNA PATE (Jay) DIP 
8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
6 1/2 oz. chunk lite tuna, drained
4 oz. chopped green chilies, not drained (Mexican)
2 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. chopped pimento (in jar)
1 tbsp. green onion with top, chopped

Mix cream cheese and seasoned salt until fluffy. Add rest. Makes 2-3 cups. Serve with crackers.
