EASY SATURDAY CASSEROLE 
1 lb. or more hamburger
Diced onion
Diced celery

Brown burger, onion and celery and season to taste. Cook regular 1 1/2 cups raw rice until soft. Drain rice and add to hamburger in large covered casserole dish. Mix in 2 cans cream of celery soup and some milk. Add 1 cup frozen mixed vegetable or vegetable of your choice and mix well. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
