2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
Clean, fresh snow

Combine and beat first 3 ingredients until mixture looks frothy. Fold in as much snow as the mixture can take. Serve immediately in small cups or bowls. (Other flavorings can be substituted for vanilla.)
