BEEF STIR FRY 
2 lb. sirloin tip steak (cut in 1/4 inch strips)
Assorted vegetables: 8 fresh mushrooms, sliced - 1 sm. onion, sliced - 1 c. broccoli pieces, 1/2 c. diced carrots
1/4 c. soy sauce
3 tbsp. peanut oil
1 clove garlic
1 beef bouillon cube
1 tbsp. cornstarch

Put 2 tbsp. peanut oil with garlic clove in wok or electric fry pan. Heat oil until hot. Remove garlic. Add meat and stir fry 2-3 minutes until done. Remove meat and add remaining 1 tbsp. peanut oil. Add vegetables and stir fry 2-3 minutes. Return meat to wok and cover with sauce. Stir until thick.

SAUCE:

Bouillon dissolved in
1/2 c. water
Cornstarch
Soy sauce
