PORKBALLS 
2 lbs. pork sausage
3/4 c. crumbs, cracker or bread
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. milk

Mix and roll into balls. Bake at 400 degrees until brown. Simmer in sauce for a few hours. Can serve over rice or as appetizer with toothpicks.

SAUCE:

1 can tomato sauce
1 bottle ketchup
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 onion, diced
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. soy sauce
