CARROT RING 
2 lbs. carrots, cooked and mashed
1 c. evaporated milk
3 tbsp. melted butter
2 tbsp. onion juice
2 eggs
2 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. paprika

Blender all ingredients until smooth. Pour into greased baking ring. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees (until knife put in center comes out clean). Unmold onto platter and fill center mold with peas.
