MEAT AND POTATO PIE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
3 slices bread, torn in little pieces
1 egg
1 sm. onion
1/2 c. ketchup or chili sauce or barbecue sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. sage
1/8 tsp. garlic powder

Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees; drain. Prepare mashed potatoes. Spread hot potatoes evenly over meat loaf. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese. Bake 2 to 4 minutes.
