3 CHEESE CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
5 oz. wide noodles, cooked & drained
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1 (10 oz.) can mushroom soup or celery soup
1/2 c. milk
1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 (12 oz.) carton sm. curd cottage cheese
1 (10 oz.) pkg. cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
3 c. chicken, cooked & chopped
Paprika

Saute green pepper and onion in butter until tender; remove from heat. Stir soup, milk, and mushrooms into the onions and peppers. Arrange half of the cooked noodles in an ungreased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Cover with half the soup mixture. Top with half the cottage cheese, chicken cheddar cheese. Repeat layers. Top with Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle with paprika, if desired. Bake for 45 minutes in 350 degree oven. Serves 8.
